We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular wallets. All payments are secure and encrypted for your safety.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in process for shipping.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, BAY OFF ships within India only. International shipping may be added in the future.
