Return and exchange policies
You must submit your return request within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Raise your return request on website only. Any messages or emails will not be considered a valid return request.
Condition of Return:
The product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear and tear.
The company reserves the right to reject any return request.
When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund
Non-Returnable Items
If you don’t provide sufficient information about your claim.
If you don’t provide photos of the product images with tag.
If the item was subject to pilferage; claims must be made on the same day.
If you’ve used the item or disposed of the packaging before our investigation.
If it’s a replacement item, or purchased during a clearance sale.
If you apply post 72 hours once the parcel has been delivered.
Return Options
Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following options:
Replacement:
If the size does not fit, you can opt for a replacement. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address, which may take 5-8 working days to process.
Refund:
Refund of the product cost is available for all shipments (COD & prepaid), except for items purchased during sales or clearance events.The cash on delivery charge of ₹100 is non-refundable.
Prepaid Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling expenses.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be applicable. Additionally, shipping charges of Rs. 100 are non-refundable.
