​Return and exchange policies 

​You must submit your return request within 72 hours of receiving the product. 

​​Raise your return request on website only. ⁠Any messages or emails will not be considered a valid return request.

​​Condition of Return:

​The product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear and tear.

​The company reserves the right to reject any return request. 

​​When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund

​Non-Returnable Items

​If you don’t provide sufficient information about your claim.

​If you don’t provide photos of the product images with tag.

​If the item was subject to pilferage; claims must be made on the same day.

​If you’ve used the item or disposed of the packaging before our investigation.

​If it’s a replacement item, or purchased during a clearance sale.

​If you apply post 72 hours once the parcel has been delivered.

​Return Options

​Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following options:

​Replacement:

​If the size does not fit, you can opt for a replacement. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address, which may take 5-8 working days to process.

​Refund:

​Refund of the product cost is available for all shipments (COD & prepaid), except for items purchased during sales or clearance events.The cash on delivery charge of ₹100 is non-refundable.

​Prepaid Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling expenses.

​Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be applicable. Additionally, shipping charges of Rs. 100 are non-refundable.
